Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of SurveyFuji, operated by CUCULIC Technologies LLC (“we,” “us”). By using SurveyFuji you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Using SurveyFuji

You must be at least 13 years old to use SurveyFuji.
If you sign in, keep access to your email and Google account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can manage your surveys.
Anyone with a survey’s admin link can view its results. Treat admin links like passwords.

Your content

You own the surveys you create and the responses you collect. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run SurveyFuji for you. You are responsible for your surveys and for how you use the responses, including complying with privacy laws that apply to the information you collect.

Acceptable use

Don’t use SurveyFuji to:

break the law or violate anyone’s rights;
collect passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information;
send spam, phish, or impersonate others;
harass, threaten, or exploit anyone, including minors;
interfere with or attempt to break the service’s security.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service

SurveyFuji is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, add, or remove features, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copy of anything important.

Paid plans

If you subscribe to SurveyFuji Pro, you’ll be charged the price shown at checkout, plus any tax that applies, at the start of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and may appear on your statement; Stripe’s own terms also apply to the payment. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your Account page. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren’t refunded for partly used periods. If we change Pro’s price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUCULIC Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of SurveyFuji. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Ending your use

You can stop using SurveyFuji at any time and delete your account and data from your Account page, or ask us to do it for you. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users. Continuing to use SurveyFuji after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
